2. Free Home Survey
One of our surveyors (not a salesperson) will visit your property to assess your roof, electrical setup and energy requirements. They will consider factors such as roof direction, available space, shading and where the equipment could be installed.
3. Bespoke Proposal
A few days after your survey, you will receive a clear, no-obligation proposal designed around your home and priorities. It will include:
- The recommended system and equipment
- Estimated electricity generation and savings
- Potential Smart Export Guarantee income
- The complete installation price
We will explain our recommendations clearly and give you time to decide whether you would like to proceed.
4. Professional Installation
Your system will be installed by our own trained engineers. We never subcontract our solar installations to unknown third parties. Our team will install and test the system, keep disruption to a minimum and leave your property clean and tidy.
5. Handover and Aftercare
Before our team leaves, we will show you how the system works and how to monitor the electricity it generates. You will receive the relevant certification and warranty information, and our team will remain available if you need support after installation.
6. Pay on Completion
Once your installation is complete, and your system has been fully tested, you will pay the agreed balance. No deposit is required.
