We pay above the living wage while keeping prices low which ensures that you receive the best possible service from installers who hold themselves to a high standard. We also strictly enforce a ‘100% PPE 100% of the Time’ policy to ensure the safety of our staff and customers during each installation.
1: We talk. Starting with an initial consultation, we answer any questions you may have (big or small!) and determine your energy needs.
2: We survey. One of our surveyors will visit your home or business to take measurements. Our surveyors are not salespeople and will never pressure you into a decision.
3: We inform. After the survey, we email you a report containing a full breakdown of your installation. We pride ourselves on empowering customers to make an informed decision with zero sales pressure.
4: We install. We typically install within 3-6 weeks from order confirmation. We aim to complete most installations within one day where possible.
5: We explain. Our installation teams will take the time to explain the functionality and operation of your system. We never leave an installation until you are fully up and running.
6: We honour. We stand by our installations and guarantee our workmanship and products for your peace of mind.
