Our Services Maintenance Agreement is designed specifically to meet your needs.

We offer flexible service agreements and ensure that our maintenance engineers will fit around you when they attend your buildings with little to no disruption to your work operations.

  • 2 call outs per year
  • Up to 48 hour response time
  • 2 maintenance / service visit per year
  • 5% discount on replacement materials
  • On installations completed by Impact you will receive a Two year Extended Warranty

Two external units….only £495 per year or £41.25 per month

Three external units…only £595 per year or £49.50 per month

Four external units…only £695 per year or £57.50 per month

Our Premium package

  • 3 call outs per year
  • Up to 24 hour response time
  • 2 maintenance / service visit per year
  • 15% discount on replacement materials
  • On installations completed by Impact you will receive a Three year Extended Warranty

Two external units….only £625 per year or £52.00 per month

Three external units…only £775 per year or £64.00 per month

Four external units…only £925 per year or £77.00 per month

Emergency Call Out Rates

  • First Hour: £65.00
  • Second and subsequent Hours: £55.00
  • 30 minute: £27.50
  • Standard service usually takes 1-1.5 hours

Travel is charged at £27.50 if over if over 10 miles from NR7.

Servicing – Booked Service

Comprehensive Service per external unit £75

Note: the external unit must be at ground level and accessible

Please Note

Warranty – your warranty is invalid if the system is not regularly serviced or maintained.

Call out time is limited to 1.5 hours including travel time costs – any longer is charged at standard rates.

A unit considered is the outdoor unit – not the number of indoor units

Monthly payment is accepted on an annual obligation contract.
