Do I need solar panels for Powerwall to work?
No - Powerwall works with either solar energy or grid electricity (e.g. cheap off-peak power), giving you flexibility and savings either way.
Can I retrofit Powerwall to an existing system or install without solar?
Yes - Powerwall can be installed as a standalone battery storage or added to an existing solar setup. During our survey we’ll check your home’s suitability.
How many Powerwalls do I need?
That depends on your energy use, whether you want full backup or just bill reduction. We’ll advise based on your household’s needs.
What’s the rebate deadline and what are the steps?
Orders must be placed by 31 March 2026 and registered correctly to qualify for the rebate. Installation and final sign-off must follow Tesla’s requirements.
