Once electric vehicle chargers are installed, the only ongoing expense is for the electricity used to charge your vehicles. If you have solar panels, many of our chargers can be powered exclusively by solar energy, effectively allowing you to charge your car for free!
For additional details regarding the costs of electric vehicle chargers, please see our ‘Costs & Savings’ page.
The Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS) is a voucher-based initiative that provides eligible businesses with support towards the upfront costs of the purchase and installation of electric vehicle (EV) chargers.
We are approved by the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) to install under Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS). Check your eligibility to get started.
EV Chargers come with very sophisticated monitoring software to keep track of costs and consumption.
The Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) facilitates seamless communication between your charging station and a central management system, allowing you to generate detailed usage reports, allocate costs accurately, and even implement user-specific access.
There are many OCPC providers, but we recommend Fuuse or Monta.
